As Westchester Gentle Dentistry continues to grow, we're looking for a compassionate and motivated Part-Time Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team in Port Chester, NY.

What You'll Do:

As a Registered Dental Hygienist at WGD, you'll play an important role in our patients' overall experience and long-term oral health.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing comprehensive preventive and periodontal hygiene care.
Performing prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planning, and fluoride treatments.
Taking digital X-rays and necessary diagnostic records.
Completing periodontal charting and clinical documentation.
Reviewing patients' medical and dental histories.
Educating patients about oral health, home care, and disease prevention.
Helping patients understand recommended treatment and the importance of maintaining their oral health.
Creating a comfortable, compassionate, and judgment-free experience.
Collaborating with our dentists and clinical team to provide comprehensive care.

What We're Looking For:

Current New York State Registered Dental Hygienist license.
Dental hygiene experience preferred.
Experience taking digital X-rays.
Dentrix experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Dependable, positive, and team-oriented.
Compassionate and comfortable working with patients from a variety of backgrounds.
Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who genuinely cares about people and believes patients deserve to be treated with kindness, patience, and respect.

Compensation: $60–$65 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
